NetSurf

A promising looking minimal GTK2 browser being developed for embedded devices is NetSurf. Quite small and fast. Unfortunately, it has trouble with redirects, so checking Gmail is a bit of a pain. It *does* support CSS though, so it's several steps above Dillo.
